Miles better than De Ridder. No world class but what do you expect? He is certainly more direct than anyone we have and can be a big threat when on form.

What are Yoshida's strengths as a defender? Gardos has tood Romanian press that Saints told him he will play in about a month and needs to be ready to go then.

Anyone who saw Scholes on Sky yesterday having to justify why he predicted relegation for Swansea will know that these kind of things are barely worth discussing. Scholes, it seemed, hadnt actually looked at Swansea's squad which he then described as being quite good.

One of the good guys. Lots of rumours about him going to Reading, if Leicester sign a couple more midfielders then that could happen. His family still live in Hampshire.

I hope he has seen potential in Stephens because Hooiveld has surely run out of chances now. Really thought the couple of passengers we have in the squad would be dealt with this summer but they are still there and in all liklihood will make PL starts this season which is scary.
