No, but I think he believed what he was saying hence all the comments about the club being "comfortable". As the article says, MP played them completely.

Jay Rod wouldnt suprise me. Now has two years left on his contract, hard to see him signing a new one here. They might wait til Jan to check his fitness but MP loved him and I can see that happening as we will want some cash before his contract starts to run down. Silly thing is he may have signed a new one if offered in Feb or March.

Excellent article. At the Awards Dinner Krueger told me he thought the Spurs links were "media driven" when it was clear they weren't and that MP was stalling. Can't blame the Board for MP choosing to move, but you can blame them for the way they publically handled it (or in reality didn't handle it). Naive at best, out of their depth at worst.

Thought it was a cracking statement. Makes me positive for the future because we are ambitious and have a good vision. Pochettino obviously resigned because he can't handle our ambition.

Haha, I've said all along MP would go, when others insisted he would stay. I am a massive Saints fan, just concerned at the moment because the Club isn't being led by those with the right expertise, which deep down everyone knows.

Do you not think it's mostly bull****? It's all US Corporation speak, no meaning, no explanation, just hollow words about visions and ambition - in the very same statement that announces the ambitious Manager, perfect for the club, has resigned.
