Could Dyche be tempted?
-
This is stupid. He is an excellent Manager, the fact he is leaving doesn't change that.
-
Would be amazed if Krueger and Rogers know who Tuchel even is.
-
The fact he is Swiss.
-
The last couple of months have been a disaster. Who knows what is in store now but it will take a lot to turn momentum back in our favour.
-
Agree. We will try not to pay compensation and are probably too nice/ethical to steal another team's Manager. Martin Hunter might fancy it.
-
That team would seriously struggle for goals.
-
Well Gareth Rogers is CEO. The man who acted as Chief Financial Officer at a club where the financial situation was described as "difficult" and then got promoted.
-
Also interesting that there have been a lot more comments from players outside of club channels than we used to get. Most of them aren't over complementary.
-
Not to that extent IMO. When you consider what Cork said re his contract too then its pretty disappointing. End of the day the players make the team. I would rather the Board focused on them than us as fans or kits and leadership models etc.

Context of the quote is "its nice to be linked to good teams, nobody here really knows what the **** is happening so we are all trying to impress and hope one of them comes in for us."
-
Its ok, Reed and Krueger are comfortable with the situation.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/nathaniel-clyne-hails-southampton-boss-3610106 Interesting quote: "I guess the dressing room has been a bit on edge. No one really knows where their future lies. Whether they will be back next season or not." Again, surely the Club could be doing more to prevent players from feeling like this? Of course Lallana and Shaw are different but this sounds like an overall perspective.

Bookies odds a waste of time at this stage, they just wheel out all the usuals.
-
Nearly all the names mentioned are crap, some more so than others. Lets cling to the hope that Reed has something left field up his sleeve.
-
Classic Richmond. Doesn't have a clue.
-
No. Look how MP improved players like S Davis, Lallana, Fonte, Rodriguez. No point settling for what you have if there is someone better - and MP is better than Adkins. In hindsight, Adkins was lucky to work with talent like Lallana, Chamberlain, Lambert, Fonte, Cork, Schneiderlin etc outside the top flight - and did a great job, but with top players who have proven themselves a level or two above L1 and the Champ.

Sad in that it signals last season was our peak and one we could enjoy for about a day before it started to unravel.
-
Yes. And he did talk to them about 3 weeks ago. Since then he said he hasnt spoken to them again.

His quotes are old.
