Adam Blackmore said Staff were told this morning it would be announced soon. So who exactly has the announcement been made to? Did they email it just to you?

We haven't been over the last year or so. Much better run club with a younger squad of better players than those teams. With a (miles, miles) better Manager selected by the previous Chairman. No point pretending he didnt do a good job.

I'm sure thats what we will get. In a couple of years time we will be this club, just another West Ham, Stoke, or Norwich.

1. If you do as good a job as NC did then you will have done bloody well. 2. If you do as good a job as NC did with a little more humility then you will be the best CEO in the football world.

Seems like a very solid appointment, someone who is not going to cause hassle with anyone and knows his role extremely well. I guess time will tell how innovative and groundbreaking NC really was, as Williams seems more of a solid shout than someone who is looking to break new ground. Hopefully somewhere in the club that ambition will be retained.
