Agree with Turkish re CB and RM - have been crying out for these since last Jan IMO and would hope that we sort these two positions out. If we do then I'm happy. Jay Rod, Clyne, Davis, Gazza are good signings so far with 3 of the 4 going into the starting lineup most weeks. Another two the same in the positions mentioned above and its a good summer.

They signed Narsingh who is very highly rated and plays out wide. Clearly if we are ambitious and rate Lens then we have to pay big for him. Will be interesting to see if we have other targets out wide. Seem to be aiming bigger than the Jarvis, Matt Phillips type.

Thing with Dann is that signing for Blackburn was a bad, bad move for him. They were shambolic last season. before he joined them he was linked with Arsenal and Liverpool. If you take that year out of his career and imagine Birmingham have just got relegated after the season he had with them, would you be interested? Absolutely. If we get him then Adkins has a job to restore his confidence and get him playing like he did because he was very good.

We need a new scapegoat to join Guly now that Harding isn't featuring.
