Let's avoid going for managers with a particular style. We need someone who is happy to try different formations to suit the occasion. Don't mind a preferred style but let's not tie ourselves to a manager welded to one way of playing - we've been down that particular road. A good coach is adaptable and that's what we need.

Our future is pretty bleak if we're honest. What are our options? We'll only attract average championship level managers none of whom in the current crop inspire me. Our biggest hope is if Spors knows an up and coming young foreign manager who is currently under the radar. Other than that I suspect we're in for a turgid few seasons because this club is like a fish rotting from the head down.

Complete rebuild needed but, in all honesty, who is going to take the majority of this crap off our hands? The stark reality is that we are stuck with most of them because few will attract interest from other clubs. Fernandes is the stand out but after him who has really performed for us this season?
