The transfer window is certainly heating up, Harry Kane going to Germany will be fun, no idea where Lavia is going, Saints need a new midfield... The dominoes are starting to fall into place and it'll soon go bananas

I'd take a draw. Midfield looks too weak and there's a glaring issue in defence being unable to defend crosses. Need a draw just to prevent the atmosphere turning negative and to keep up in and around the top 6.

The lower end PL teams look really weak this season. Shame we won't be there, but finishing above Luton and Sheff Utd shouldn't be too much of an issue. Then it'll be a scrap for the final place.

This is the first season in a long long time that I have no idea how it'll go. We could smash the league and won it by a distance, implode and get relegated again or anything in-between. It's quite a nice feeling

Burnley are doing it right - now they're a premier league club, they can do what they want. Tapping up? No problem. Financial fair play? Forget it. Paying a living wage? Whatever!

I think if you excluded everything in either box, you'd be pretty happy with Saints performance. But the same issues still exist from last season, no real goal threat and a leaky defense. A few promising signs, but the striker situation appears to be rectified by making a signing.

A couple of minutes ago, we had Tella and KWP stood on top of each other - neither had space and were both looking to run onto the ball. That's the best right side of any championship team and we can't utilise it at all
