Best thing I liked about the interview was he sounded authentic. Realises what a chance he has, will work bloody hard to maximise his possibilities and see where it goes. Funny enough you see him go past tino in a fair few of those clips as well.

talking of which he seems to be doing good at fulham - their starting keeper

thanks for that - you've got a new subscriber

Arguably our best player v Everton and given MOM today by the commentary team. As impacts go he has had a big one. I expect his form to dip but while it's good let's enjoy it.
-
yeah stephens was good today, he is the only player we have to kicks off

I think everyone who laughed at Twar's "insane" contract for Tino needs to eat humble pie. For 5mil this is insane.

Thought Oriel has a breeze block touch that first half

In the face of overwhelming doom merchants today i am predicting 2-1 to us. Walcott and Armstrong goals

thought tino played well last week thought perraud and djnepo started linking up well not sure how theo stays in though

Not sure how you got all of that out of this interview https://www.hampshirelive.news/sport/football/transfer-news/hasenhuttl-southampton-transfers-man-united-5813941 Also he says the centre-back position remains the last that Hasenhuttl is keen to strengthen before deadline day, although he is looking for a young defender to play left-back for Saints B.

He gives me that sergio ramos vibe and now Ings has gone we needed to fill that tattoo leader in our squad.

Ok i've watched a few more vids this morning and i like this deal more and more. We got 15mil for jannik and bascially replaced him with a younger, faster, more physical and i believe a better ball playing CB. The below vid showcases his passing range short/mid/long which would suit our style for sure. Also dont think he is a squad player for them - he's played in 40 games over 2 yrs (23 last year) and missed 11 games with 2 injuries.

will be interesting to see if the stats play out in this case or is it a result of his team and formation. Our analysts, manager etc must of seen something in there in his stats - he has been scouted by man u and recently lille so there must be something.

Report last year - scouting for Sporting - google translate into English Offensive Moment able to play both the central on the right and the central in the system of 3 centrals of Torino, Lyanco reveals itself as one of the references of the team in construction essentially for its passing ability (short and medium distance) and vision of game, associating well with the midfielders and runner colleagues, in a role often of central organizer. Although it is also able to speed up a progression with the ball (it reveals a good read of the opponents' body orientation to hit them if necessary), it is a feature that is not used very often, essentially breaking lines through the pass. Defensive Moment The Torino model protects you from your physical profile (some lack of acceleration capacity and agility that is often noticed in the rotation of the body to lower), and it acts as a central midfielder in higher difficulty games (block lower = less depth to cover) and center on the right side, accompanied by a faster center center covering space in the back in games where the block plays higher. Very capable in defensive air play and in command of the defensive line (in both positions, with supports normally always correct), he compensates for some of the aforementioned physical handicap with a good anticipation capacity in individual duels, which he often wins by imposing his bearing and impetuosity. Sporting CP The characteristics of the Serb-Brazilian central defender, 23 years old and 1.87m, can make him both a serious option in the dispute for the place with Eduardo Quaresma on the right side, as well as a valid alternative to Coates in the center, thus ensuring competitiveness in this sector . All this without detracting from the main guideline that brought us to Lyanco: the model.

To be fair most of the fans on twitter were probably doing that for the veestagaard fee

From what I can gather he has been scouted by a lot of the top teams over the last few seasons. Obviously a player on their radar just not good enough to come in and play straight away for them. He wants to leave Torino hence the cheap price - if he only costs 7mil euro then its a low risk high reward signing. Also there better well be someone else coming in somewhere from the rest of the cash.
-
Damn he is quick I just watched him run down cudrado v Juventus Edit - I like him he has twinkle toes and also no messing about in his arsenal.
-
He plays both CM and CB for AZ - i looked a couple of weeks ago and it looked like he was off to Atalanta for 16mil or something Edit - just checked he's still there - AZ and Atlanta seem to be playing the waiting game - Roma/Napoli/Leeds and Wolves mentioned - fans think he wont go to leeds or wolves cos they are shit holes.

Imagine having no patience

Seriously who thinks if fun to try and make out your in the know for transfer rumours, it must just be for people with low self esteem trying to get their likes. Anyway i just saw a cloud that looks like a centre back float past - so done deal
-
when goalkeeping coaches get involved in transfer dealings this happens - 30mil for ramsdale I'm sorry but he is not worth that on his bournemouth form let alone sheff utd. Chelsea paid 22mil for Mendy.

This would be my team to start to try and get a goal in 1st half - moussa up there supporting forwards to try and score some goals. Make subs from 60-70mins to affect the game. Tino unlucky to be on the bench but maybe a game to come on later.
