Leicester had 6 cameras on our warm up and we made out we were doing 3 at the back. https://www.prostinternational.com/2021/05/01/smokescreen-warm-ups-sympathy-with-shoddy-var-and-putting-cheese-in-the-trap-southampton-have-got-a-plan-b/ Prost running the show so far for interesting Saints info

Apparently we wanted to loan him in Jan https://sempremilan.com/cm-southampton-and-stuttgart-came-forward-with-loan-offers-for-milan-winger-the-background

hahahhahahahahaha bro everyday i think that when i either come up with a name i've rabbit holed down and become an expert on or see one from someone else and i dont even play FM. God damn the transfer window is gonna be tough this year, no money and shopping in the 1 pound shop. Therefore in the spirit of that i think we need experience to replace ing's and bring on the younger strikers. So please step up Syrian national team striker Omar Al Somah, the pelle striker we've been missing. 11 goals in 21 games in the Saudi Arabian league, tall 1.92m 2 good feet he has it all. Would be a great option off the bench for plan b. This is a joke

Salisu and Stephens worked and communicated well i thought. Next game I'd have Mo and Jack as the CBs to see how they perform as Bedernak and Veest have had like nearly the whole season despite some comedy defending. Give these guys a go, Jack can still ping the ball a la veestie
-
yeah salisu to play as should stephens as I think he did very well and challenged the officials unlike silent bob JWP.

Just realised Alan Smith started his career at leciester, no wonder he's sucking them off

Reckon we shouldn't offer Bertrand a contract and instead buy 2 Wing backs -1 starting leftie like Truffert/Maoussa/ or loan to buy Williams - 1 Rightie to rotate with KWP, like Killian Ludewig who can also cover the left position (only 21 on loan to Schalke from Red Bull Slazburg)
-
Frankfurt are skint as well according to hitzelberger in Kicker so I'll take him and possibly N'Dicka and Silva. I'd also take a look for left back at Faitout Maouassa at Renne, contract runs out in 22 and he is the France U21 left back and same management as Diallo

Decided to review the approach Ralp did with RB and looking at that teams tactics for me I am now convinced Romeu is the key man for our formations success with this current squad. https://www.getfootballnewsgermany.com/2018/analysis-the-strengths-and-weaknesses-of-rb-leipzig-under-ralph-hasenhuttl/ In that team the "Leipzig field a strange 4-4-2, where one of the central midfielders quickly becomes an attacking midfielder whose sole purpose is to press and operate behind the two attackers. The wingers tend to drift inside often, once again leaving space for the wing backs." I think we saw this occur when it was JWP and Romeu in the midfield as we had the confidence and Romeu can manage the midfield incase of a break etc, it was a clear relationship you always go forward and I'll hold. Since he has been out neither Diallo or JWP are that type of specialist defensive midfielder and as a consequence neither really knows when to go forward and we are caught in this no mans land meaning there is always a midfield part missing when we attack or press. Personally i wouldnt mind seeing Diallo and Romeu matched up as i think Ibra's quickness makes him ideal to be that attacking midfielder.

Always rate these prost articles cheers Reading that back makes me understand his frustration with the team and made me relieve mine.

These players haven't consistently performed for any of our last 4 coaches. Pep would struggle to stop redmond passing back.
-
Sounds like bad for us but teams like Spurs, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Inter Milan etc etc are 10x as fucked
-
didnt age well
-
To be honest that is probably the best half I can remember this year.

Good one Roman, your richer than god but you know which way the wind is blowing. Always best to look like the club who listened to their fans and get the kudos whilst the rest have permanently damaged theirs as they dribble back into the champions league
-
JWP is an low to average midfielder in the premier league in my opinion, he is though a world class free kick taker. That is the dichotomy
-
I want everyone to beat the top 6 Brightons turn tonight if the chelsea fans let the teams through hahahah
-
When we were doing well the players were brave in the oppositions half and looking forward. Everytime we've been shit they pass back to goalie from the oppositions own half. Ralph picks the players so its his fault but i do have sympathy with what he has to pick from. I'd like to see Tella, Salisu and Jankewitz given some time now and JWP isnt this undroppable machine for us either.

Posting this in here as well, good article https://www.prostinternational.com/2021/04/19/this-is-what-freefall-looks-like/

Is the Premier League too rich for us?

who do they think is going to give them bumper tv deal in this day and age to watch the same teams play each other regularly. Chinese defaulted on their one to the premier league. Maybe they are hoping the Saudi's cos BEin sport wont. This mid week game proposal is just the pilot case anyway to see if it works money wise and they can expand it a little more and then leave the domestic leagues behind.
