I'm going to come out and make an unsubstantiated claim that I think it's the Bertrand/Stephens/McCarthey/Long type players who are the ones causing disharmony. This is based purely on them looking like they'd be the ones complaining and from what I remember Bertrand was having a hard time this season getting the Ralph approach of ",you train well you get to play" approach to picking the team, whereas he preferred the Mark Hughes approach of your Ryan Bertrand, I've heard of you, you will start and be my captain.

I dont think changing a manager can make valery/vestegaard/hojberg/JWP etc etc (add your fav's) better players - THEY ARE RUBBISH

Feel sorry for Danso, he is thrown into every sh*t game situation that we have had this season in not his natural position. If I was him I would keep that phone line to Augsberg hot.

The thing I think of as I see this flogging is the lack of quality (investment) of the players on the pitch. We are in the top 5 for predicted goals but can't score. We have a massive amount of defensive individual errors leading to goals. We could have Pep coaching our team but the bang average players we have means that they do not have the quality needed to execute or defend them. That leads us to upstairs and at southampton we don't see, to protest the board.

Would prefer Gao/Leibeherr out though as they are the real problem.

If we have to wait until 70th min to get our 1st sub then I am officially joining the ralph out brigade

When people say Ralph doesn have the team onside the belief is that the players can actually play better that they are currently. I strongly disagree. Our midfield is crap Our defence rivals the maginot line Our goalkeeper is suspect everywhere. Thank god for beer.

yeah I am sure how he was arguing about it really backs up your point !!!!!! The players are the problem as is Ralphs consistent picking of ones who don't perform. Look at their midfield they have Tielmans (have Praet in reserve) and Nidi and maddison - we have JWP, Hojberg, Romeu
