I think it's been quoted elsewhere that to implement a new style successfully it takes a team 2 seasons before they are experts in its application. There is no existing big team in the world that would wait longer than 6months in my view. Ralph is a world class manager at a club that has world class patience and belief. If anything I could see him going back to Red Bull now Ralph Ragwick is gone but think it would be unlikely, I think next season will be our big season if we get our recruitment right

To be honest if I was going to put the pieces together I'd guess it's a combination of culture shock, his original injury, being homesick, covid isolation and having no family in country (assumption) and him not being able to travel (assumption). Hope the club are putting in the effort to occupy him after training etc to help him through the days.
