I agree.
I have had cause to email David Luker on more than one occasion and he has always responded promptly.
He has always dealt with my problem immediately and satisfactorily.
He has even phoned me from his car, whilst stuck in traffic, to respond to an email I had sent 5 minutes previously.
That is superb customer service.
For the last few seasons our ticket office has had the resources to cope with average attendances of well under 20,000, in the last 2 months they have had to deal with three games of around 30,000 AND a Wembley final of 44,000.
Have some patience FFS.
