We are heading the right way under the stewardship of Pardew,why try and fix something that is not broke? It would be a massive gamble to replace Pardew right now. I don't care who with. We have stability,something that we have been lacking for eons. No need to tamper with anything....yet.

I really don't want Pardew to go and i really don't want Hughes tbh. Perhaps i am being negative towards the appointment of hughes due to the fact that Pardew has done a fantastic job thus far imo. If the outgoing manager was useless then i would be more receptive to the appointment of Hughes maybe. Hughes does not,at this moment in time, thrill me with excitement at all, however much of a coup it would be for some.

Let's just get out of this league and worry about the Premiership when it looks more likely we will be playing in it. Pardew will do the biz in this league and in the Championship i am quietly confident in that. If and when we get to the Premier League i want someone higher profile and more pedigree than Hughes,but if AP has got us there he deserves a crack at it. It will be a totally different ball game going into the PL (excuse the pun). We won't be a yo yo side,imo.Money will be spent,we will not be a Burnley or Hull or even a WBA. But let's just get out of this league first,if we are going well next season and promotion to the championship then looks likely,i want AP taking us there and not Hughes. All imo.
