I have had enough of them. I have been with them for a good few years,i did have a whole telephone,broadband and tv package. That stopped when i moved and really could not afford the whole thing so just went for broadband medium pack.Costs £20.50 per month. For nye on 6 weeks i have not been able to access my email account due to them,without prior notice migrating it all to Google,so when i try all i get is account disabled. Apparently they did send an email to inform people but this was after the event,hence i did'nt recieve the relevent info. I along with thousands (i have checked the problem online,people are majorly miffed) are now left phoning them and getting nowhere as they don't know how to fix the problem,it's down to the fact that i am using ntlworld.com in my email address. So all my contacts are gone and i am now not recieving important emails. I think i am being fobbed off with 'it will be fixed in 5 working days' routine. Anyone else on here have the same problem, if so was it ever rectified? Should i cut my losses,kick them into touch and find another ISP,if so who is one of the better ones? It seems it is a mindfield out there,perhaps i could get a good deal with perhaps a tv package? although that would be a bonus more than a nesessity Any advice would be appreciated. Our starting 11 will be very strong for this league,however i am slightly concerned with the lack of depth in the squad. It made one hell of a difference when Morgan was out of the side for any length of time, let alone if we were to succombe to any major long term injurys to others that would be straight in the starting 11. Previously we have had continuous rumours and being linked to all and sundry,this close season it is very quiet. Some would say this is a good thing,me, i think it adds to eveyones slight concerns. Despite what appears to be the beliefs by many that we are nailed on for Champions/promotion,i am going to keep my powder dry,it will be a long and tough season and we need a bloody good squad to get out of this league,not just a good starting 11. I sincerely hope more players will come in,and they prove to be high quality signings. Time is moving on and the likes of Huddersfield and Sheff Weds appear to be making their move,along with others,in the transfer market. Perhaps we have irons in the fire,the silence is deafening and just a tad worrying,imo. Pardew has not let us down,in fact he has played some blinders when it has come to transfers,so i'm sure he is fully aware of our potential failings,however i would feel more at ease if the jigsaw was nearer completion,i would hate to get part way into the season and in hindsight it proves we are short in numbers and quality in already highlighted areas.
