This was my fav game back in the day, and I had so many good nights in as a teen with my mates playing it best game I have ever played, ever since me and my mates started playing the first one (remember if you got Shearer he scored in every match). My question is this, I can't stand the new more complex manager games I only have limited time having a job and a life in all, so if anyone knows of a good (basic) manager game let us know, cheers. England first, although I love saints and proud to be from Southampton. Love watching England at all sports, and I find when I go somewhere and meet people from different clubs to support a united team, always find it great. COYR

The key thing for me was that he lacked effort.

Don't think he would have been tinking about players to take for a L1 team, think he is going to be really good but plase dont judge him on 1 week mate, hopefully he can make an impact in time for the start of the season, but those players have got some work to do. COYR
