I am no fan of Lowe but we have to balance the books and then build again Unless you know Lowe personally I cannot see any evidence to support the phase "no intention"

I take a different view. If you assume the market is going to fall 10%, offer 9.0% reduction now and use the next 2 years to negiotate the planning hurdle etc. By the time the market starts on the up, you are ready with planning for lots of new houses / bars / etc.

Given that nobody has said where he has gone I am going to say he has joined the people who are about to takeover Saints. He starts on Friday, but the job offer letter did not say which Friday. (Just to be clear, this is totally made up)

I enjoy reading the takeover threads and accept even when the info is from a good source things dont always work out the same way. we could with an honesty scale against posts 5 - from an excellent source who is never wrong 4 - from a good source who is rarely wrong 3 - from a souce who is occassionally right 2- from the taxi driver / mate down the pub 1- I made it up.

why do you say that? I will try not to get excited about another takeover. Would it not be great if it really did happen Friday. Followed by a win at Cardiff. A couple of good quality players signed next week.

I am looking forward to the new season. But expectations are very modest. Mid table would be good.

With only 3 posts per day the ITK people will need to be a little more comprehensive with the info else the very slow drip drip of info will take even more months.
