  1. The one in our away section had trouble finding figures for skates, WHU & Hull so perhaps not.
  2. Just asked my nipper his top 3 and they are. 1) Plymouth 2) Pompey 3) Millwall (this season in the league)
  3. Also looking forward to really cheap trains to all the WM/NW clubs. Not looking forward to all the plastic day trippers that will want to go to the "big clubs".
  4. I'd prefer B'ham to go up as it's easy to get to for me plus I'd like to get Gilkes and M. Phillips from Blackpool. That said, I think Blackpool may well pull it off.
  5. The Swan and The Sun in Stafford where a few of us toasted our return to the sunlit uplands with pints of Titanic. Thankfully the nippers cricket was called off today as I felt like death.
  6. TBF, they are thick as fu ck.
  7. I doubt there were many of us at the game who didn't discuss who stays/goes on the way home. It's the nature of football.
  8. What we don't want to do is sign Billy Big Bol loxs & Carlos Kickaball. Team ethic has been brilliant for 2 seasons and don't want that ruined.
  9. Oldham (Both seasons) Orient (Promotion season) Plymouth (Promotion season) Millwall (This season)
  10. Yes, as I said in August. Should pay for my season ticket.
  11. I agree with a previous poster that we need a RB, RM & CB as priority, another striker and for me, a keeper. RM = Matt Phillips GK = Gilkes CB = Scott Dann
  12. Done deal so I've been told from Burnley. £5m plus one of our midfielders, who isn't Morgan or Cork.
  13. Miss - Proper football fans who support their local team. Not looking forward to - Premier League rip off prices.
  14. My nipper also cried twice, 1st and 2nd goal.
  15. 1st & 2nd goal and re-watching MOTD just now. Blokes in tears all around me today, those of us that have been through the dark days together, celebrated and cried together.
  16. He was simply being honest. All things come to an end.
  17. Better than 78 without a doubt. Never cried, smiled, laughed and hugged so many strangers ever. The sheer bliss on the faces around me was magical.
  18. For those of us of a certain age, going to matches also meant dressing to the 9s and still does. Be Scene. Not Herd.
  19. Matlock, Derbyshire, about a 50min run from me, on the edge of the Peaks. It's their original mill from circa 1780. About 1km from Arkwright's 1st mill for those that know their industrial history. http://www.johnsmedley.com/uk/discover/lea-mills-our-home/
  20. Glad someone else understands.
  21. Smedley is quality. I go to the factory sale at Lea Mills twice a year. Go on the Sunday and the knits are £17. Easy money on ebay.
  22. You're brave. I'll not be risking any suede OGs.
  23. Good point and therefore the brown leather Beckenbauer's need to be worn.
