Whilst 99% of me is delighted to see pfc die 1% does have some compassion for the ordinary fan but it won't be the end of professional football in pompey.
-
Especially when clubs know that they can get them for free a little further down the line.

Official: 44,000 tickets for Wembley then...

Blocks 232 - 238 are mispriced on the website. They should be £44. -
I've been overseas for a few days and I'm sure that before I went Storrie was confident of a takeover in the next 24 - 48hrs. I'm assuming nowt happened there, nor with their hope of the EPL forwarding them some ££? In fact, what has happened?

I didn't notice a rotund skate in a light blue hoodie, down near the front towards the Itchen attempting to galvanise their support and looking rather irritated by it all.
-
Lacks pace to play at the highest level IMHO.
-
If you hadn't noticed, we are a mid-table L1 club at the moment.
-
Good for you. I did the same when the Dark Lord return to Saints.
-
The pure passion, venom and hatred pouring out of the stands yesterday was certainly up a notch compared to the last lot of meetings at SMS. There was 5 years of anger and frustration let loose and I for one found it rather cathartic.

Mush, you've always struck me as a decent bloke and have been on these boards and have always been open minded and willing to dish it out and take it in return. However, when we said a couple of years ago that you lot were living way beyond your means and that it would end it tears all we got in return was "Sky money". Too many of you stuck your heads in the sand and hoped it would go away. Well it didn't and very shortly you'll be paying the price. It won't be the end of professional football in pompey but the club you know and love will soon be gone and then, and only then, will the real evidence of the dishonesty come to light.

Will Lambert be a Saints player next season

Any team would struggle if they lost their leading goalscorer. -

Brett wasn't exactly a roaring success and was soon playing back at his true level so that leaves Zomorra, who had the thing that Lambert lacks but the EPL needs, pace. -

He's nowhere near good enough for the premiership and no one will take that sort of gamble, period. With the current set up we will see off any CCC club that comes knocking. He's here for a bit. -

Care to mention a team that we can't compete with in terms of ££? -
like we did in the 1st half, we'd be champions. So says my 7yo. He's not far wrong I reckon.
-
The EPL are only trying to protect their brand. They will not bail pfc out with regards to cash and have said that already and they can't unless ALL the other chairman vote to do it, which they won't.
-
Ironically the win for you yesterday could mean the FAC becoming too much of a distraction (welcome for the fans of course) and that could further damage your already slim chances.
-
LOL. He's a billionaire in his own right don't you know!
-
It was sung by Utd fans to Arsenal a few weeks back.
-
It won't. What was noticeable yesterday was the lack of kids. I go with a couple of 7yo nippers (they went yesterday) but the other families that are usually around us were absent.
-
Yep. From the Chapel yesterday seeing both sides giving it to the Skates was awesome.
-
The Chapel rocked yesterday, it was excellent.
-
I feared that but the txts and emails I've had from mates who follow other teams made it clear that they knew it was Saints fans taking the p**s.
-
I'm hard pressed to think of a game where every section of the ground sung, shouted, screamed like that for a match. Norwich in the EPL and Wolves in the cup are up there but that was awesome yesterday. The noise when we scored was deafening.

I told you lot Corp would be right again regarding the good news in todays Mirror. How he gets it right all of the time is beyond me.
