I merely made a statement of fact.

Not everyone is a no girlfriend, tedious 9-5, limited life experience uber fan like you.

To eveyone apart from those planning the war you mean! It really didn't take an expert on Islam, The Gulf or International Politics to see it.

One leg will be a Tuesday and another a Wednesday with the Northern Final the same so Sky can show all four. I'm hoping for a Wednesday for the 1st leg as I'm working on the Tuesday evening but I'm overseas for the 2nd leg.

Fine up to then. Most deaths in Iraq post 2003 have been from internecine fighting. To claim that the armed forces are responsible is just plain wrong. Shia and Sunni have been killing each other for centuries and all the fall of Saddam did is give them another country to play that out in.

So, are we all agreed. BA is a cr*p airline and an iffy employer, the union is bang out of order and the staff should get over themselves, be thankful they have a job and if they aren't happy move airlines? Missed anything?
-
The EPL will not allow a CCC to go to the wall because of the non payment of transfer fees by a EPL club.

The little blonde mopped boy who wears Stone Island and ran onto the pitch at Northampton and Walsall by any chance?

So we are going to go around bumping off dictators and installing regimes we are happy with are we? Great plan nipper. Lets start with North Korea and Zimbabwe shall we? I'd stick to subjects you at least have an idea about.

No, we wasn't a craddle of extremism in any way, shape or form. Iraq under Saddam had no history of exporting extremism, that's Iran (Shia) and Saudi (Wahhabi). We didn't mind him when he was an allied to us. In fact, we sold him the weapons and equipment needed to develop chemical weapons that he used against the Kurds. Why? Because he was engaged in a war against Iran. Check your facts, read up and then come and try again.
-
Which he didn't and even the Americans now accept he didn't. I think you may need to do some research nipper as you are way out of your depth.
-
No, it didn't and that's the point.

I 'kin love my football club!
-
You mean the omission of truth that they referred to battlefield ordinance and not ballistic or the omission of truth regarding the information that they had that the regime no longer had access to chemical weapons and didn't have the capability to produce biological weapons. Yep, no lies there, nope, none at all.

Just had a go and then binned the M16 but a combination of marathon, lightweight and commando resulted in my a + ratio in HQ Kharchi, mainly using the shotgun. It's 'kin ace for tight small maps as you just sprint up behind them and slice 'em up!

The also have a larger manufacturing base and aren't reliant on the banking sector as our economy but don't facts confuse you.

Same size as you can take as hand luggage on all the low cost carriers so what's the issue?
-
I always take a trolly dolly case (which is free) and check in online and very, very rarely pay more than £30 return for a flight. By having an electron account, free with the Co-Op (which I have ONLY for flights) I reduce my costs further. My only delays are if I'm taking the last flight out of Milan, other than that I've never had more than a 10-15 min delay and I can live with that and I have never had a flight cancelled in the 12 years I have been flying with them. It's not rocket science and saves me a fortune each year compared to the flag carriers. My wife and I are off to Bologna in the NY for the grand total of £2 return all in. I can live with lack of service at that price.
-
Even if they didn't strike BA is tottering towards the brink thanks to the collapse of their core market, business travel and not even the rabid right can blame the unions for that.
-
I use them anything from 5/6 to 12+ times a year and treat it just like catching a bus. I use electron so avoiding fees and travel cheap as chips. Because all I expect is for them to get me there ( and they've never failed) I can live with no service. Long haul I like my creature comforts but will still shop around for the very best deal on a "decent" airline.
-
I might try marathon, lightweight and ninja with the R/D P90
-
They make me dead, lots.
-
Even us lefties think it's a HUGE mistake and plain wrong. You are voting to lose your jobs and the flight slots lost when BA goes bust will be taken up and Joe Public will carry on flying for the cheapest price he can find.
-
Thatcher has gone but the tories are still here but we both know that they aren't the party of Thatcher and the same applies to the unions. You can't have it both ways.
-
BA is been a listed company for how long? 20 years? 25? You cannot say we can't blame Thatcher because it was so long ago and then say that a 1/4 of a century has passed but a private company is still wedded to a time before Thatcher. How many BA staff were there 25 years ago? Not the majority I'll wager. That said, the union and staff have miss judged the mood of the people about this and are signing their own redundency letters with their action.
