Looked perfectly fine walking wise at Fulham in the home end.

Flyer has been very quiet of late. Probably due to shouting about all those world class players and being patronising at the start of the season that has rather blown up in his face...

It's not about that.When one makes a mistake bring the other one in and see if they can make the position their own. Like Shaw has done.

So pretty much exactly what was said about us at forest away when we got a drubbing and were resigned to our fate. Not sure Swindon would have been so gracious had they lost or drawn, easy to give out compliments after a thrashing.

I've watched quite a lot of highlights and seen a number of errors that have cost goals. In the premiership that sort of thing would be even worse. IMO we need an experienced and reliable keeper even of its just for the short term. Butland will most likely be a decent keeper but he isn't what we need now to help us stay up.

However you look at it, signing a really young keeper is a gamble in our position especially if we put him straight in the first team. I would be nervous and I don't think he is the answer.

We don't always get along but I heartily agree. It's ridiculous to be anything other than extremely pleased to get a point against arsenal.

You're still a mentalist if you don't take the opposition into account when assessing the value of a point. Arsenal were poor because of our hard work.

I totally agree. Just saying it is right to point out when he has a poor game just as when he has a good one. I thought guly was good today as was Puncheon too but the defenders deserved the most credit IMO.

Showing real battling qualities which you need to stay up. I went to Fulham away and thought we showed good determination away against a solid team. Actually outplayed Arsenal today and I'm dead chuffed that Adkins has turned things around. TBH I thought it looked beyond him after ten games but it looks to me like he has learnt and adapted (and from interviews he wasn't afraid to ask the players what they thought so fair play for that.) I do wish we wouldn't go all defensive in the last ten minutes though as that makes things very nervy but it worked this time so no problem.

So the day we get a fantastic point against Arsenal and outplay them by all accounts to go out of the relegation zone with a game in hand, the mighty Portsmouth get trounced away at Swindon to stay rooted in the league one relegation zone and soon to be bottom of the league (if they ever exit admin.) It's times like this I like to remember where we both were four years ago and smile.

We will sign a winger in a week or two and that will probably be the last we see of steve.

He has been poor in a couple of games but when he is on it he can change the game. I really felt like that was a second goal for him.

Has really settled well. I fancy us to finish above Villa which means we should stay up and a big reason is down to the defence.
