  1. Disagree. Chanrai will deal or get defeated in court. It's different this time as the alternative is liquidation and all the Court case is doing is determining the market value of the stadium so pkf can sell it to the Trust.
  2. I agree. Didn't we hear the actual reason from someone who was working on it on here?
  3. Just so you know kraken there isn't actually a covenant in place. It's just a recommendation pcc are following from the government.
  4. No it won't because Chanrai does not own the ground. He has a charge over the ground which becomes unsecured (I believe) in liquidation.
  5. Things could have been different had Portpin made an attempt to buy the adjoining land. That is where he messed up really. Even if he had attempted to buy it and failed he could have said he wanted to make an attempt to develop the club himself. In that scenario he could have kept his charge and got rent from the PDT. Not sure how he can play that card now when he made no attempt to buy the land and look to develop it (and possibly get the profit that may bring the PDT)
  6. Wanted by Premiership clubs but farmed out on loan to bring in overpaid players. Typical.
  7. Not linked to Saville is it? Really hope these are unfounded, had/have so much respect for the guy.
  8. I'm not sure why so many are getting excited about this. They are clearly going to find in the PDT's favour. The alternative is the club being wound up and Chanrai getting less for his charge than he would do under this deal. It really is a box ticking exercise in reality.
  9. Just reading their forums, there is an interesting topic from one of our own. They sound pretty confident.
  10. I think the main difference is that Chanrai holds a charge over FP but does not own it. I reckon in that case it is probably easier to screw him over because the court case is about setting a market value for the ground. Chanrai must then accept that valuation and the administrators can sell to the Trust who can do what they like with the land (like developing it and making a profit on what they gave Chanrai.)
  11. Ah I see. Well he has made TDD look like a bit of a bellend, especially as he didn't admit to it.
  12. Quite possibly. Still that's what should happen anyway. Many many people are appaled at what that simple vote has led to. Successive governments have just seen it as a green light to do whatever they like regarding the EU.
  13. We shouldn't just leave. We should renegotiate our membership. We have had one vote and one vote only and that was to join the common market.
  14. We would be mad to leave. I don't think that's what Boris was proposing though.
  15. Exactly. The waste puts the mp expenses scandal to shame. In times of austerity much of the EU is criminal. The whole euro debacle was a joke from the start.
  16. Well done Boris. Nailed it once again.
  17. It's really not going to be revelatory is it.
  18. You don't have to be boring as hell in your post match interviews to be a successful manager.
  19. Yeah that basically.
  20. Tbf to bill he has always said take the medicine a mnd get us clean. He makes sense on that one issue
  21. Disappointed in the reaction of some people. It was only a few weeks ago that we couldn't get any points and we're leaking goals. We have really tightened things up and extended our unbeaten run against a decent Norwich side with an excellent manager. We have really improved and I think that's a good thing.
  22. I agree. I thought we played well its just that Norwich were really decent as well.
  23. A decent performance. Norwich were really good and organised. We shaded the first half but were outplayed for the second.
  24. Hello mate do you have an email address I could contact u on?
