  1. Yeah he's completely fallen out with people at Villa. I'd be wary labelling him a trouble maker because one move hasn't worked out though. You could have people saying similar about Fraser.
  2. All accounts? I saw it hasn't worked out at Villa and he's barely played but I haven't seen many other reports.
  3. Quite a lot of neutrals don't warm to him. I can't say he's my favourite person ever unlike someone like Adkins but he's been successful which speaks for itself and he deserves to be able to do things his way. He proved he could have success last year doing things his way.
  4. What about jhon Duran if West ham don't end up going with him? Out of our league?
  5. We haven't signed a new keeper. A keeper we had signed a new contract. There's no material change from the previous season. We have signed a striker but that simply replaces the one who already left. We need to sign some more quality in attacking positions to the extent that it gives us a chance of avoiding relegation.
  6. Not sure how that changes anything I just said?
  7. Yes I expect so. I was more putting up what I'd like us to be play assuming we got the players in we needed.
  8. They are both crap buy McCarthy is very much not worse than Bazunu.
  9. Yes that's the likely team at the moment. Rubbish midfield and attack for the prem and an average defence.
  10. Yes but neither are improvements on last year's team.
  11. Decent starter Sugawara Bednarek THB Taylor Downes decent starter Armstrong BD Decent starter With a decent winger as an option along with Aribo and Smallbone might give us a chance to survive.
  12. I think you misunderstand my post. I'm not actually bothered by it, I'm simply challenging the assertion that we have been busy and using loads of signing signed for Göztepe as evidence for that.
  13. The IBA were never stripped of their status for anything to do with faulty gender tests. If the process for the XY test was flawed then why not follow through with an appeal? That's a slam dunk and easy win surely. It would then be in the public domain with cast iron proof that they are biologically female and they can win loads in compensation to boot. Just imagine that someone makes a false and unverifiable claim that you are a biological male and bars you from the sport you are competing in. You'd be outraged and immediately appeal to the independent body to get it overturned. There's no logical reason why you wouldn't. Unless you didn't want the test to be publicly known. Where is your evidence that the tests were not conclusive? The athletes have the opportunity to appeal to the independent CAS who would be able to show definitively that the tests were not conclusive. Why would you not do so? There is a dispute, like I said this is the first time that the ioc have had to oversee this without deferring to the authorities running the sport. They differ from the IBA because the extent of their testing is checking the gender marker on a passport. There is not a single reason why the IBA would want to continue this fight and actually even damages them given the abuse they are receiving. In contrast the IOC have an awful lot to lose.
  14. It's not that I particularly disagree (though maybe a bit of an exaggeration) but my only beef was with the person saying that Taylor was a poor signing. Whether he's sufficient to strengthen the squad on his own to the extent that he keeps us up is a different question (clearly not).
  15. The sluggish part will be referring to the huge lack of quality in attacking positions and goalkeeper. To take it to extremes to make a point, would you be describing the management as busy if they'd solely signed players for Göztepe and none for us? The only players thsy count are the ones we bring in for our squad. The fact they may have done work to sign players for other teams is utterly irrelevant.
  16. I don't expect anyone to agree. I just asked if someone could define what a woman was. Seems it was an incredibly difficult question seeing as no one has been able to answer.
  17. I'm the idiot yet you're the one who can't define what a woman is or tell me how many genders there are.
  18. The reason they don't agree is because the IOC stopped sex testing athletes in 1999, instead deferring to individual sporting bodies but there is no formal oversight body for boxing which has never happened before so the IOC has created an adhoc boxing unit to oversee eligibility that has no guidelines for gender eligibility and has apparently been allowing boxers to compete as females if they have gender markers on their passports.
  19. Yes because you were never able to answer what a woman is. You claimed to be unable to formulate a definition and were unable to tell me who should formulate a working definition in the meantime. It's absurd. There's no such thing as acting like a man or acting like a woman. If I decide to wear a dress and act in a way that I believe women act I'm still a biological man. Gender is invented bullshit full of offensive stereotypes. You can act in whatever manner you choose, it doesn't make you a new type of gender.
  20. Goodness me. This absolutely should not be communicated to children under any circumstances. Do any children in your care ever ask you what a woman is? Do you tell them it's too complex to answer? No wonder we have so many messed up children with so many bizarre definitions.
  21. Those pesky restrictive things like asking for definitions again. Tricky.
  22. How many genders are there?
  23. Saw the trampolining earlier. I found it odd that the routines seemed to consist of about 4 jumps. Thought it would go on longer than about twenty seconds even though there's no doubt it's difficult.
  24. Got stuck behind people. For a race that short and so dependent on luck, you think you'd do best of three or something.
  25. What's that based on?
