I agree Duncan. Constantly referring to your BA job is out of order, especially considering the problems you have had in the past few months. Whatever, keep passing on your views to people you know will appreciate it. Perhaps you will have to confine yourself to communications via PM in future. I know that is something I am considering. Perhaps time for me to have a break from posting.

So who do you define as a problem member then? I disagree with a lot of people but I wouldn't request that they have less posts than myself purely because I hold a different opinion to them. TDD maybe because he is a troll (and admits it.)

Yep pretty much agree with that. There are quite a few positives but also a fair few negatives. I just want the negative aspects addressing (mostly the communication with the fans) and I'll be dead happy.

Precisely! I now have to attempt to go to the fans forum so I can seek out answers when really I shouldn't have to, these questions should have been answered on the OS when the decisions were taken and although I would still be unhappy, I would accept it.

I think there are a minority on both sides who ruin the discussion for everyone else because they polarise everything and put forward ridiculous arguments both for and against Cortese.

So they've cancelled it. Release a statement and let fans know. What you don't do is just get rid and not say anything about it.

I know. Usually it is the same old posters from years back as well. I really do miss the old saintsforever. I have had a few conversations with some of the more established posters on here about starting up an alternative forum in the spirit of the old one (tubgirl allowed ). If anyone wants to help with this then feel free to PM me.

We don't have to have the trophy. As I said, the worrying thing is not letting the fans know. It demonstrates a lack of respect IMO.

It's not not having it which is the issue here, it's not communicating that to the fans.

Yep and I think that goes for both sides. Mostly though I get irritated by people saying I am anti Cortese. I wish people would just use some common sense and see what people like Steve Grant are trying to say.

I just wish people could accept that other people have the right to an opinion which differs from their own.

Also TDD, if the fans forum goes ahead and fans are not allowed to attend, would you agree that was bang out of order?

I agree. I will be able to get a ticket though due to my friend from Solent. I have been to every one so far and I was impressed with Cortese last year. I hope for a similar experience this year.

I will be asking all these questions should I be allowed to go to the fans forum. If I am prevented from going, I think that will say a lot about Cortese.
