  1. Lol. People remember. Slanderous. You are a mental one.
  2. Seems odd that we would spend over a million on fonte and then seemingly go for the cheap option in seaborne and haggle over te price of someone who is clearly worth 800K. Have we blown all our budget on one player?
  3. That's just reporting what Pardew said on Solent.
  4. Lol. Made me laugh.
  5. Damn. We were doing so well ignoring him.
  6. If we don't sign a forward I will be disappointed. We clearly need one.
  7. Saint Clark brought it up...
  8. I have never once said he isn't entitled to his view. I personally put more weight behind the opinions of someone who watches a player week in week out compared to someone who never goes. If I never attended the saints games, I believe that someone' criticisms of a player are more valid than mine if I did. Do you not agree that your opinions on a player will be much less informed than someone who watches a player every week? If have listened to quite a few Aston Villa games this year and I have an opinion on a few of their players but I would place much more value on a Villa season ticket holder's opinion of their players than mine. Not sure why this is such a contentious issue, it seems perfectly obvious to me.
  9. I personally think with the players we have we are underperforming. Something is not right. Striker and midfielder please AP.
  10. No you didn't. There is no proof now so you can claim what you like but you will remember that I called you on that point when it happened.
  11. Because it is entirely relevant to the conversation we are having now. When Alpine says Morgan is ****, I want to know what he bases that opinion on. If (as has been the case in the past) it's just from what he hears on the radio then IMO that makes his opinion less valid than someone who goes to many games. I didn't get nasty.
  12. Indeed he did. Last season when people were saying we actually played well in quite a few games (which we did) and he was arguing that if people believed that then his opinion was more valid than theirs, despite the fact that they had attended games and he had not. He said it and I remember it clearly.
  13. According to Alpine, his view is MORE valid than the people who attend games. You couldn't make it up!
  14. Lets hope he improves. It could well be that sadly my initial feelings are proven correct and Pards has made an error.
  15. Not necessarily old but I see what you mean.
  16. He is IMO our most talented attacker in a number of areas. I would have had him on the bench in case we were losing and wanted to attack Milwall towards the end. Thta was not what Pardew got wrong IMO.
  17. The prem aren't going to like this one bit. If I were them I would continue the embargo on principal
  18. Ap cost us today
  19. And me. Ward is proven in the CCC and not much older than seaborne. We shall see I suppose.
  20. If he wanted to play in the world cup then he could easily agree to halve his wages so Stoke could afford him.
  21. If England win this I'll buy a pompey season ticket
  22. Oooh
  23. Nice phone. At the end of the day it comes down to the form factor and how easy it is to use every day. It's the reason I could never own an iphone. No matter how long I have it I could never get used to the frustration of just missing a button and touching the key next to it. As I said I can live with that on the ipod touch because you don't need to do much typing. I did get the N86 for 155 quid though after selling my broken N95 8GB on ebay for 90 quid...
  24. The 5800 is fine I think but for me it's a little fiddly and takes just that little bit longer to do things which I find irritating. Having a stylus is asking for trouble as well. I lost 2 in the first month!
  25. Depends if you want a touchscreen mobile or not. I just got my hands on an N86 8MP (for an absolute bargain price I might add) and it's basically an upgrade of the N95 8GB. I am in the same position as yourself in that I have an ipod touch so therefore really no need for an iphone and the touch always seems a tad gimmicky to me anyway. Anyway, the camera is the best I have seen on a mobile and the build quality is significantly better than the N95 8GB (although admittedly it is slightly heavier). I like the familiarity of a nokia and the fact that I can just reinstall all my old applications and use it exactly like my old one. If my N95 had not broken then I wouldn't have swapped but being honest I am glad I did. The screen is brighter and the keypad is easier to use. If I were you then that is the one I would get. With an ipod touch it really is the best of both worlds.
