I completely agree (and I haven't said that very often with regards to your posts over the last year!) Good post.

Having said that, I disagree with alpine's reading of the situation. I think he's a little odd.

I think the problem is that we have a lot of players but hardly any decent ones other than about 14. Look at all the dross we have.
