Thought it deserved a thread of its own: For those not on facebook someone has posted this proposal... On Saturday, 31 January 2009, there will be a protest from the park opposite K.F.C in the town centre, down to the ground. The walk down to the ground will start at 13.30pm. We do ask if possible for you to be there at 13.15pm just so we know how many people will be attending. We will then protest outside the ground for about 15-20 minutes before going into the ground. We also ask that if you have yet to get a ticket that you purchase one for the Northam or the Itchen and not the Chapel or the Kingsland. Banners/ sings are welcome if you can get them into the ground. I know you will have other questions and I will try to answer them. Well yes I appreciated that. I just wondered if there was any way that we could keep it should we go into admin. It could produce a timely financial boost in the future.

Will we be forced to flog that should we go into admin? Wilde talked of housing developments is that a possibility? Any update on the oil? (clutching at straws)

It will be important to note though if it is Lowe putting us into admin or if we are forced into it.

Steve I am interested to know, what would you like to happen with the club say between now and the summer? Realistic obviously, not the 3 of them working together or some mystery investor.

You know I think I agree with you. I'm still struggling to make out what he has done so wrong as to be assosciated with Wilde and Lowe. So far he lost his temper at the AGM and made a mistake which he owned up to and rectified before it was too late. I would trust him and he is the best of the three. He should be in charge.

The problem with Lowe's strategy is by promoting the youth policy we are really restricting ourselves in the transfer market, something we can't afford to do under our financial situation.

If that's the case then most certainly yes. Admin would be a ***** but we need a fresh start.

We will probably go into admin sometime in the next few years anyway. I just reckon Lowe will be forced o leave regardless of the finances. He just won't be able to stay on in the face of increasing protests.

Nope. Regardless of administration, I can't see Lowe being able to stay on longer than this season. The fans won't allow it and the protests will get louder and longer as this continues. It will get to a point where he will simply not be able to ignore it. It's inevitable.
