I think a lot will depend on if we think he will work with this system. Sounds like Will likes proper wingers so he won't be playing out wide. Will he play most weeks up top? I doubt it.

I think that's a little unfair without context. Like you say he's a child still really and there was a suggestion he may have some sort of autism which could have an impact. Maybe he is lazy and has an attitude problem or maybe he's a young player who will be inconsistent trying to deal with big changes of style multiple times in his debut season when he's still learning the game. Either way I think he would benefit enormously from a season playing every week in the Championship so I'd like to keep him if we can, particularly if we are selling THB, Ramsdale and Fernandes because we should have a fair bit of money then.

If we can get a reasonable fee for any of them then that's great.

Other than Dibling, kwp, Ramsdale and Fernandes every sale should be cheered as its one more off the books and a bit closer to getting in new players with a different mentality who can give Will Still what he's looking for.

It was just words and he knew what to say but you could he tell he didn't believe that at all. Hence the getting all angry and rude with the media when they asked him any sort of probing questions. It was a big improvement on Nathan Jones who wasn't intelligent enough to know what to say but it was still grating. One plus for Will is he seems quite transparent and I believe what he says and I don't think it's an act. If he has a shit run though then all of this will count for very little in the end.

Just assume that anyone you want to stay will leave. It's better to avoid disappointment. The good news is that there's nobody apart from Fernandes who has been anything but shit this year so it doesn't really matter who goes.
