  1. Some suggestion that the reason for the delay was due to Tpndas's pregnant wife. If so then fair enough?
  2. Of course you look at precedent when deciding on punishments. Bielsa clearly broke the exact same rule that Tonda has done but got nothing more than a warning whilst Tonda has been charged.
  3. OK so why three charges for Tonda and none for Bielsa who seemingly did it even more? Surely he broke the same FA rule?
  4. Whilst t I agree with you , I think the point with the FA is that they haven tgot a new rule and so I struggle to see why Bielsa wasn't charged by them as seemingly the rules haven't changes for their organisation since his case.
  5. I assume they know we aren't likely to contest the charges so hsould have the punishment announced for next Tuesday.
  6. I believe that the point of the lawyer in the tweet above.
  7. Interesting tweet
  8. Presumably three separate charges isn't good but there will also be some sort of mitigation (a clean record beforehand, admitted it and fully cooperated with them).
  9. Chatgpt knows fuck all really.
  10. We have but Tonda hasn't personally for his role in it.
  11. Presumably someone at the club was under the impression that it was being announced this morning.
  12. I think that the punishment I predicted would be wildly inappropriate but I thought that about kicking us out of the playoffs too.
  13. Anyone want to stick their neck out and predict punishment? I'm going with substantial fine and ban from all football related activities for three months. Reduced to two on appeal.
  14. The FA haven't announced it yet for whatever reason so we pulled the statement. It doesn't signify anything really yet. The pulling of our statement doesn't signify anything positive or negative.
  15. Bit of a shit show from saints. Releasing the statement and then pulling it gives rise to rampant speculation.
  16. That won't happen because Tonda hasn't actually been punished yet.
  17. Hopefully it never happens but if it did, I would be extremely surprised to see a similar reaction (and tributes to mark the ten year anniversary etc.) I'm surprised that you would think that the general reaction in public, in Parliament and in the media would generally be the same.
  18. I said at worst. Obviously I don't want him banned but I think they probably will do something. What happens if we appeal I have no idea.
  19. Given we have seemingly admitted it, presumably the punishment can be announced fairly swiftly.
  20. Right but the FA haven't announced it yet have they.
  21. Have they announced the charge?
  22. As you were then. I assume we will go big legally if we feel it is too harsh. Do they want that headache? Hopefully cooler heads prevail and there is some sort of compromise which is at worse a couple of months.
  23. Obviously we don't know but a breach of that rule doesn't seem like a massive ban to me. Could be wrong of course!
  24. If Jeremy Corbyn or Zack Polanski were horribly murdered I genuinely don't believe there would be much in the way of celebration or playing down the atrocity apart from perhaps a small minority. I am sure there would be a significant amount of that though were it to happen to someone like Farage.
  25. I haven't seen a single piece of analysis from experts or people in the field that say it would say any significant amount of time at all. Jury trials are not the reason for the backlog and scrapping them won't make a significant difference.
