Peretz Jelert new cb Stephens Welington Charles Jander Fellows Azaz Scienza New striker/Stewart Is imo a better team. Maybe we could get a reasonable alternative to Azaz too.

All those players bar manning are top championship players. The issues are with their mentality, how we play and getting the best out of them and our team as a unit and how we operate or how the players have been asked or are choosing to play.

If this season has taught us anything it's that individual talent is far less important than having a coherent strategy with everyone aligned and playing their role so that the whole is greater than the sum of their parts. You won't convince me that teams like Millwall, Stoke and Hull have more talented individuals than we have but their teams are miles better.

100% true. Playing a formation we are more comfortable with and that may help us is just one part of a much larger list of things we need to do to improve.

I suppose but this season is pretty much a dud. Not sure it's the smartest choice to spend a chunk of wages on what amounts to half a season for Piroe to work on his fitness. We are very likely to be in this league again next year and will have to start again. I suppose getting a loan in now might be the more sensible choice.

Given that this season isn't really going to end up with much, is there much point in a Piroe loan? Unless we get an option to buy I don't see the point. In other news I see THB is linked to Burnley for £20 million. I know he's our best defender but I'd seriously consider that if it allowed us to strengthen properly at the back and up front.

No he doesn't. He's proven so far that his temperament is great. It's our other loser players that need to adjust their temperaments not Scienza.

Sorry I really don't know what you're talking about. He's our best player, seems like a great bloke and is a candidate for the player with the smallest ego. He draws and wins so many fouls in every game due to his skill. He's great and it's frankly bizarre that someone would look to criticise him, certainly before all the other players.

I was talking about players that actually play. Of course Archer, Aribo, Fraser etc should leave but I thought that didn't really need saying.

Weird how we managed to do that better than every other game during this run when we changed the formation. Odd how that works.

We still weren't great but no coincidence we dropped some of the underperforming players and switched to four at the back and we get a clean sheet and look better. @egg @Lord Duckhunter @Fabrice29 still think we can't play 4 at the back effectively or that the formation has no influence on the performances and results?

Manning THB Stephens Armstrong Downes Aribo All must leave in January or the summer if we are to have any chance of doing anything next year.

They'd be short of a majority on those projected figures I think.
