Whilst I agree with nearly every word of that and share your concerns (except the actual charter as already said) it worth remembering that - what ever we would like to think - they are not a community cluband owned by us. The majority will be happy if they are playing good football, winning games and heading in the right direction on the field. Was at BBQ other day with group of older season ticket holders I had not seen for a while. There was one passing comment about the installment plan, loads about how much all enjoyed JPT, the positive end to the season, the looking forward to this with the belief that there will be good players coming in. We are only a small percentage of the fan on here, over analysing, debating and questioning the running of the club. I suggest that a huge majority of fans pay their money and enjoy the game and are very happy with Cortesse. He knows that if we run away with this league fans will be happy and attendance good.

I genuinely wonder how many read the charter? Like other posters on here I admit to being obsessed with sanits info - but I never read it. They clearly should not publish a charter and not stick to it.

He is clearly better than Wotton and Holmes, my thinking was the club are were unlikely to pay over £1m for a player who most likely would compete with Lallana and Schneiderlin for their roles - and possibly is not as good.

As one who used the scheme last year, and intended to use it this year, I have not yet renewed due to cash flow. I am disappointed about it, and way it was done - but will renew late on a credit card. Think Sue's summary is pretty fair though.

Read the chronology of it. Most, including me agreed with Stu's general point. However, he does make things up at times and when corrected resorts to calling others c*nts. My response to his 12 year old in play ground pm was to try to agree common ground and suggest we are boring others and should move on. He is not man enough to deal in proper debate.

I have replied to your pm to stop everyone else getting bored with this. You felt the need to, wrongly, correct a poster, yet when you are corrected suddenly its worthy of this personal abuse. Putting it simply for you, you said it cannot be violent disorder and domestic abuse - it can. They are different terms but can refer to the same incident. You have confused yourself with your comparison with rape and murder. They are not the same - but it is another example where an incident could have both - he raped and murdered her.
