8 wins, 2 defeats in last 10.
-
he totally outplayed Hammond today imho
-
I kept meaning to go to Anfield, never thinking that the chance to go the following season would go! Liverpool away if they get through. Skates at home?
-
surely it was easier to score with that one? still felt we were through - has this winning mentality spread to the fans!?
-
what was their "stand up if you love" chant? They really need to be clearer!
-
Another good game for him - tackled, interupted play, ran with the ball and good passing - needs a goal!
-
does it matter? Can't remember moaning about MLT scoring too many freekicks and penalties! (although if this forum was up and running then I am sure he would have been slagged off!). Is that 19? on the 2nd January. For a CF that makes you above criticism!

something changed... ..we were only 1-0 up, but I was watching, relaxed that we would win! Luton gave it good go in 2nd half, but difference in quality showed. Man of match - Schneiderlin, got stuck in more than Hammond and showed quality bringing ball out. Also thought Perry, THomas, Lallana and Patterson looked good. Didn't think Lambert looked that good - for him - until the two freekicks, class above!
-
Reasonable post - and that is why we will welcome you as a saints fans when this sorry tale is over. You know you want to
-
difference with Lambert is he has only been forward for 2 years and is on the way up!
-
Wot no more bad news for skates yet this morning!??!
-
so sod rivalry, vast majority of them want them out of the football league one way or another!
-
skates sold 7,000 tickets to home fans for tomorrow's game - rallying in hour of need!
-
in their hour of need they have sold 7,000 tickets to home fans for the game tomorrow
-
their fans site are saying he is not up to higher level, won't miss him and would be happy for £50,000 for him!

Raynes out of contract this year - possibly this window if it was 2 year contract Jan 2008 as article http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11750_3037724,00.html

read that Puncheon is on year long with no recall loan - wonder if Millwall have the only option to buy him?
-
still reading online papers;.. Portsmouth for example, who had a pretty poor 2009, even by the standards of Tiger Woods, say, or Michael Jackson impersonators. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, who wrote this column some years before me: to have been "bought" by one shallow-pocketed Arabian businessman is misfortune, but to have been "bought" by two in the same year, well, that's just bloody stupid. And to find yourself selling your entire first team must rank as pretty low on the wishlist of any sports fan

summary of their players for sale - few humorous comments in article! http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/portsmouth/article6973436.ece

and Boateng played 31 mins for spurs, Tommy Smith 5 times for Watford - so both cannot automatically be sold under 3 club rule unless they appeal

Portsmouth hopes of raising money with player sales hit by lack of interest! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/portsmouth/6921799/Portsmouth-hopes-of-generating-income-by-selling-players-dashed-by-lack-of-interest.html

observation skill 0/10!

not on facebook - what is it?

wonder how often this is updated?

He seems to lack confidence/concentration when I have seen him. Decent ability but then silly mistakes or pushed off of the ball. Sort of player who could come good - if he builds his confidence/experience - which becomes harder everytime he is put into first team with increasing pressure
