its been the way for ages - fans enjoy success, money buys success - Blackburn, Chelsea, Man U all buy titles are their fans love it

ticket database is the fairest way to allocate tickets for any future game when they maybe in short supply - playoffs, away games or cup final!

can't think of another scenario that I would have dropped to this level, it was the fans and the owners that sold it to me.

Svensson was without a contract so has been officially released. Down to Pardew whether he wants to re-employ him or choose his own team

think we have basis of decent side but handful of class/exp signings needed. I would be tempted to get rid of Rasiak and Saga asap

yes and looked defensive in first half - but tbf held a good side

defence looked ok. upfront we looked poor - both Rasiak and Saga. midfield looked better with Scneiderlin. did pretty well - back 4, Gillett, KD and Schneiderlin

thought Schneiderlin looked good today - skillfull attacking and energetic, went with mate who goes to liverpool and he was impressed - didn't know who he was but said him and KD impressed.

disagree, would be happy with a squad without single player who played in league 1. Good players, playing in their right position, organised, motivated and confident. If they were all from abroad, or CCC or premiership - probably would do better than lower level players

no. Did see all of last seasons home games tho

Holmes is a good player. Schneiderlin clearly has ability but disappointed. He is very young - moved to a new country and found himself in a club in turmoil - wouldn't right him off yet.

definately needs a lot more work - but think it potentially needed even more last year! - for a higher division

well said. It should be achievable to be best side in this division - what we have at the moment, Pardew and money.

so Rasiak /Saga/ John are par with Lallana and DMG? JP same as Pardew? Thomas same as vacancy for CB none of younger players will have got better? Murty par (appreciate not signed but looks formality) with CM youngster put in there?
