Using last years points in league 1, and adding 10 to the targets for various positions, after 5 games we will need; 6.5 points to be on target to avoid relegation 9 points to be on target to get into play offs 10 points to be on target for automatic 11 points to be on target to win league. So three wins, two draws and we can start planning on being champions!

Frank, think that's referring to my comment? It wasn't knocking Nick, more pointing out that Mark Dennis, is more like a fan now, no closer or more accurate with inside info than Nick is when he talks on the radio. Both ok for opinions but not the inside info we seek.

they were not just rumours though, they have been talking about it. I am not sure he would actually be the best manager and we may do better with Dowie or Tisdale - but agree with you,they just don't seem exciting anymore - whereas a week ago they were aiming high!

the only criticism I would have of Tisdale is lack of working at a big club,with the publicity and issues away from the playing side that come with it - therefore I wouldn't be surprised to see him in that sort of role. He is young enough, and coming from smaller club, to probably not be offended by MLT suggesting DofF, and if you have one can't get much bigger name
