All the information suggests that this issue has come from FL adding a condition of registration at the last minute - hardly Pinnacles fault. Fry has said this is not an issue about Pinnacle, it appears to be about how he has sold the club and the FL's take on that. Fry said any purchaser would be in the same boat. The fact that you have made up criticisms and ignored fact for the opportunity to slag off pinnacle is not impressive.

um - is this fair tho; the league state that parent company going bust does not mean club will get penalty our structure pre-dates the rules no other club has had a penalty when holding company only went bust there has been no deceit we may benefit,but has anyone else had the same set of circs and been punished?

That's how I read it - problem is more administrator v league than Pinnacle,hence I am not stressed.

people need to remember we are different from other clubs who have lost points. SLH was set up before these rules SLH have had other companies SLH went bust not the club. The rules state if its a holding company, as long as club continues to trade there will be no penalty. other holding companies have gone bust with clubs not receiving penalty - as their holding company had other active busineses as well It would not open flood gates if they changed the penalty

disagree. We would be big news to go out of existence - no exaggeration to say sort of issue that mp would raised in H of C. If it was purely on finances etc fine - but because they don't want an outsider looking at their rules??!! They would have big problems

no it wouldn't. By their written rules we definately and clearly avoid a penalty. What is wrong is that they imposed it anyway

emerged late - or being trying to get it sorted for a while? again criticising without facts. not seen anything saying this has suddenly come up just that its still not sorted

we know nothing! its not a question of whether they fancy it or think its right. its a cold business decision based on the letter of the law, the structure of us and legal advice. let them get on with it, if there is a fair chance - fight it

what's best for the long term of the club. if it takes another week and the league back down, or give us chance to appeal its worth it
