think about it, who exactly is signing these players? Agreeing their costs/contracts etc? would Rasiak, who is after good money go back to Poland when he is on good contract here? We have a fitness coach, we are waiting to find out who the new manager is, are they likely to sign an additional coach in the meantime? and a polish one?

Ince may have fame but he does not have the charisma of someone like Keegan so I don't think it would have the same effect. There would be some benefit in attracting players - although I wonder how much difference that would make at this level. Ince would probably create more press interest and a few more tickets initially - although I don't remember MK Dons being a media circus. Ince would be a name, would show the ability of the new people to attract a name and some ambition. I don't see anything in DD's arguements that support his view that Ince would be great and Tisdale would be a cheap option. I think the football world would see it as a bigger appointment than likes of Grey, Wigley and Pearson for us. IMHO Tisdale would be a better manager for us than Ince.

you still haven't said why, with no better achievements, no more experience Ince is a great choice and Tisdale isn't? other than fame.

where have I said they are much different? You have. They have achieved much the same as managers, Ince is a bigger name, but also was a total failure in his last job.

ince achieve the same promotion as Tisdale. as well as one before that. you just want a famous manager not a good one.
