Tony L has said that he has had offers from other groups to join up since signing the exclusivity agreement, which they have declined - saying they have their 5 yr plan. The postive slant on this is that there is less likely to be divisions and Pinnacle have all the money they need. Another option is that we are missing out of beneficial investment because the new owner wants it all to himself. Hope its the first!

sorry not itk or trying to be cryptic. people were looking at who would use Pinnacle and looking at property developers. My understanding is that is was MLT who knew Pinnacle and approached them and therefore thinking it was someone who knew MLT or at least saw him as a good conduit.

my guess is if he knew he would have revealed, why be dramatic and wait for midnight?

exactly, they agreed for that time period for a reason, if they expected it to happen in two or three days they would have asked for a week or something. Would have thought he could have bitten his tongue until the new guys had been in for a day or two before slagging them off, takes all sorts!
