problem with Lallana, and for saints, is what is his position? not a nippy poacher CF - as not natural scorer not target man - obvious not winger - not pacy enough nor seen good crossing not deeper midfielder/full back as not strong enough not central midfielder - not enough presence which leaves a creative "in the hole" role, which not all teams utilise and not sure he can put his stamp on a game enough for that. He does have obvious talent tho, natural control and two footed. Still young but feel needs to identify a role
