agree DMG has had a reasonable season - think he suffered as fans wanted John, Rasiak and Saga and got a young player in his first season. His goal return, quality of some of them, and odd very good performance (Watford away he was class) make me think he could be very good for us next year. Saeijs/Perry look good- Wayne Thomas with something to prove (is he on big wages) James has got better (some of our worst performances were the games he missed) of course Kelvin if we can. Gillet and Holmes are a good start for midfield. Think we need a main central playmaker, forward and LB Not sure about Lallana or Surman - what are their positions??

for the £50k donation, if its going to make a difference, then he should be commended, but as someone put above, time for unifying figure and that doesn't appear to be him.

I asked Jim Hone about this, he said that Crouch had not put any money into the club but offered a loan with difficult terms which the club turned down.

that loss includes paying likes of Euell, Skacel, BWP - possibly even Rasiak, John - the outgoings are likely to be a lot smaller

looking at league table (league 1) and consider effect -10 would have; Leicester would still be automatic places next 4 teams would all still be around play off places but -all teams in bottom half would be in relegation battle if they lost 10.

looked pathetic running to away fans and pointless. However -re possible punishments, unless anyone tells me different my view was 1) it happend after the whistle 2) most teams have fans onto pitch after last game of season 3) the smoke bombs were thrown by away fans

If we had a decent manager (leave name for other threads!) your choice whether its young up and coming, Wotte, Dowie etc. With both board and manager having a 5 year plan to reach premiership (not necessarily to stay there!). How much money would the club need to get the return on their investment and get that pot of gold (was it quoted that Derby got £60m for one season). You would hope that we could (assuming above structure in place) attract better players more easily than other league sides. Would £5-6m thrown at revamping our squad and balance it out give a team for promotion? And the same again when in CCC?

doubt it would need much, in comparative terms, to just come in and save the day - what needs money is to take it forward. I have no doubt that we will still be here next season, and would be very surprised if Lowe was involved.
