No. Both are good managers so hard to compare. Pearson's achievements with Leicester would probably put him ahead in his career. I was comparing their time at Saints. Hard to compare as Pearson's was unfairly cut short. Pearson was ok'ish for us. Left on a high due to being in relegation spot before last game survival which left feel good factor, but didn't do great with us. Showed potential and as I said at start of this thread wish he had been given a chance. Adkins on the other hand has very done well - even you have admitted you were wrong.

Really liked Nicholl. Wonder if people are rating Hoddle lower as he was a ******?! He came in we were doing poorly, kept us up and then the next season we were storming along until he walked out. I had much more optimism when he was here than WGS

what I like about Norwich from what I have seen, is they used a lot of last season's team, added fair few players - but not "names" or expensive signings, quite a few lower league players, and built a promotion squad.

maybe it would be fairer to compare the 6 games before and after Pearson to show the turn around he achieved in our league form: 6 games before, 2 wins in 6, 33% 6 games after, 1 win in 6, 17% ! can't be bothered to do 12 months before but most of that was Burley who had over 40% wins. you are right, Pearson led us to 20th in CCC. But if he had carried on at same rate we would have been out of football league in about 6 years, Adkins will have us winning prem in 3
