I did an almighty big wee in there when I was little.

I thought exactly the same, which is strange because I would rate our strikeforce as (maybe) the strongest part of our current team. I remember thinking Camara was great for us, but I can't remember much of what he did (other than the Norwich winner and Pompey goal in the 4-1). Crouch was great for us. But Beattie, Omerod and Pahars, while all great for us in previous seasons, didn't do a huge amount during the relegation season (I don't remember much anyway...). I think looking at those 2005 strikers on paper, by no means represents their general reputations. So if it was a case of all our current strikers against the 2005 strikers at their best, then the 2005 lot would win. But our current strikers against the 2005 ones based on their form in 2005, I'd have our current lot anyday.

They've already completely sold out the home sections. Will be interesting to see if Saints sell theirs - I've changed my mind having read people's comments on here, and have a feeling that they might not. But we'll see - I reckon it'll be close. If not, I suspect we could well have a few City fans in the away end...

All I know is that he definitely would have won it if all the other riders were Nazis.

Agreed. Team GB re the biggest bunch of bottlers since England threw away the Ashes on the first day last year! (or Saints whenever they last made you look like a complete bellend with your ridiculous comments). So far these Olympics, we've only had one person who was hot favourite to win gold (Cavandish). He didn't - but that's part of the beauty of sport...it's unpredictable sometimes! Equally, we've also gone way above expectations too (gymnastics for example). The other medal hopes we've had so far have failed. But they were by no means ever nailed on to win. It's unfair to compare the medals tally to Bei Jing simply because that was exceptional beyond anyones expectations. I can guarentee we will have at least 4 golds by the end of the weekend. How can you say Ainsle has bottled it half way through his event? In an unpredictable sport in which he's been remarkably consistent in recent years and widely regarded as one of our most successful olympians ever?

The 'm' stands for masturbate because that's what we'd all do if its true (and what most of you will do if its not too).

How do you pronounce his name? I always thought it was Prow-se (exactly how it's spelt). Channel 5 kept calling him "Pro-se". Have I been wrong all this time?
-
Did we have a sell-on fee with him? I think we did didn't we? How would that work? Would we get a discount? In which case, perhaps we should offer a massive fee, and in return we'd get a huge discount? It's the perfect business plan. If we offered £100m we could potentially save £10's millions in doing so.

Perhaps we're signing Theo Robinson from Derby and the journalist has just got a tad confused?
-
Are you a nazi? That's something that only a nazi would know I think. Alpine Saint will be absolutely out raged.
-
If anyone else has said this, I'd assume they were joking. Clearly your entire household is equally as mental as you if you really thought he was doing a nazi salute (he was dancing to Stayin' Alive).

Better than the Bei Jing opening ceremony. There, I said it.

Oh. It's because I voted and put Southampton as my favourite team. I just voted in another category and put Wigan as my favourite team as a test and now I get a picture of them. COYB! Shame, I thought Sky Sports had decided to have a love-in with us.

http://www1.skysports.com/goals The background image to this website appears to show Saints fans. COYR!

I don't have any stats to back it up, but I'm pretty sure that this is one of the biggest myths in English football (it's up there with Pompeys incredible support).

Scott Parker and Scott Sinclair? I didn't even know they were gay.
-
We all have our own interpretations of "interesting" I suppose.

FFS I knew they shouldn't have put that mini-documentary on Saints Player. Now everyone is doing it and therefore we've lost any slight advantage we may have had going into the Man City match: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18887653

Being live on TV will not influence the progress of any new signings whatsoever. It's the 1st day of the Olympics - there wil probably be less people watching on TV than there will be in the stadium (and that won't be many either).

Are you the guy dressed in the green replica referee's top in the stand?

Don't know how reliable this is, but just seen this on Twitter: Deppo@DeppoInExile My contacts within #saintsfc are telling me that Scott Dann is due at St Marys for talks about a possible move. You heard it here first. Having looked through a few of his/her previous tweets, they've been spot on about the last few signings. Could just be another wannabe ITKer though.

Part of me thinks he shouldn't. When you see him run, his "legs" look springy and seem to give him an advantage. But then at the same time I think, how can having no legs be an advantage in a running race? It's a tough one, but I think he should settle for the Paralympics. Would the debate be any different if he played a different sport? For example, do you think people would be having this debate if he did Archery? Taekwondo? Or Gymnastics?

I enjoyed the background music to the interview. There was something quite relaxing yet uplifting about it.

One of my favourite quotes: "Life is denied by lack of attention, whether it be to cleaning windows or trying to write a masterpiece.” If that doesn't help, try asking here. I expect they knw more than those on a football forum. http://windowcleaningresource.com/

Why would you ever put something in the dustbin temporarily? Why not put it in the loft or something if you want to keep it?
