All looks very s****y? Is it supposed to be St Mary's though or a brand new stadium?

Ooooh numbers and letters all enclosed within square brackets. This is going to be a hell of a season!
-
I hope Man City is a Monday night game.
-
I bet they'll sell out v Bournemouth and whip the media into a frenzy about their incredible support (probably live on TV), despite the turmoil of the previous few months. It'll be half empty v Oldham the follwoing week, but nobody will notice that.

Hang on, how about to the tune of this: Jay Rod-riguez Reach for the stars Signed for the red-white army Climb every mountain higher Jay Rod-riguez Reach for the stars Scores lots of goals for us Follow your hearts desire Jay Rod-riguez Reach for the stars And when a Fox cross flies right to him And when that rainbow's shining over you That's when our dreams will all come true That's when your dreams will all come true

How the hell am I supposed to get that to fit into the tune of an S Club 7 classic though? I mean, I'll try, but I'm not sure I'll be able to make any promises. I don't really know if my lyrical genius will stretch that far.

That's a bit below his level in my opinion. He's plenty good enough to play in the Championship, despite his antics at the Blackpool game.

I've been quite enjoying it so far to be honest. I don't think Franc Lampard could have made the tournament anymore interesting that it already has been. Mark Lawrenson is still around though on the BBC. You might have missed him if you've been watching ITV.

You clearly don't know me at all. I always put others before myself, and all I really want is for this forum to be a success. It'll have the eys of the world viewing it now that Saints are in the Premier League, and the issue of bad spelling is one which could be easily resolved by allowing posts to be edited. Does SWF Ltd. have any positions available as a Customer Welfare Support Officer or anything? If not, there should be, and I would love to apply. I would be happy to only recieve minimum wage.

J-Rod, Never gives up, (Don't stop never give up) Holds the ball up to reach the top, (Hold your head high and reach the top) Let's the Prem see what he has got, (Let the world see what you have got) Brings the points back for you (Bring it all back to you) It has the potential to be a classic. Lyrics might need tweaking a bit though but the tune would sound brilliant in front of a worldwide TV audience.

To be fair, it doesn't really bother me if my posts have spelling mistakes in. It just gives a bad first impression to visitors to the board, thus making the forum look sh!t. If that's what the Baj-meister wants, then so be it. I just wanted to do my civil duty by helping out. Big Society and all that.

Why can't registered users edit posts? We should be allowed IMO. C'mon Baj, sort it out.

No, I don't think he'll be taking Adkins place anytime soon. But I would be disappointed if the rumours are true. I can't imagine he'd go to any other Premier League team now if he left by choice (he's a bit old, and would not get a bigger job than Spurs. He'd probably turn to punditry ). I think his reception at SMS was one of things I was looking forward to most next season... Didn't he admit the Arsenal fans upset him after a north London derby once?

It's only **** in The9's mind because it's probably got semen stains all over it in his imagination...

If there's one thing we don't have enough of on this forum, it's a subtle mocking of people with disabilities.

What does the S stand for?

Wasn't it rumoured that Jack Cork cost more than £4m or did I make that up?

In the same way that a bit of snow doesn't disprove global warming, a few days of rain doesn't necessarily put an end to a drought. People need to learn that climate is a long term thing. It's a bit different to whatever the weather happens to be where you are right now.

They should have gone with #Rapey instead of #Pompeygers. It has a better ring to it and it more suited to the cities of Portsmouth and Glasgow.

If Saints were in Euro 2012, how well would we do?
jawillwill replied to jawillwill's topic in The Saints
Exactly. Like I said, on paper as indivuduals we're not quite in the same class, but together, having played with each other for a couple of seasons (the majority of players), we'd be good enough to beat quite a few teams. The standard of international football is not as good as Premier League football. To say we're not capable of beating the lesser teams in Euro 2012, is more or less the same as saying we'll finish next season bottom of the table with 0 points. Yes, we lost twice to Bristol City but we've signed Billy Sharp and Tadanari Lee since then. And we were going through a bad spell of form when we lost to them. Also we beat lots of other teams, including the likes of West Ham who have an England international in their side. -
Obviously it's an international tournament, not a club one, but if Saints current team did have to play in it, seeing as we don't really have any European international players at the moment how would we get on? On paper, there's a lot of individuals better than Southampton's players involved, but as a team countries don't play much together so don't often get a chance to gel properly. For that reason, I think we'd be capable of getting to at least the semi's. I think we'd struggle to beat Spain or Holland etc., but I rekon we would give England a run for their money and be quite capable of beating the likes of Poland or Greece for example. Perhaps we should apply to enter the world cup in 2014?

Good place to have a nice w@nk. Make sure you don't sit with your back to the taps while you're doing it though.
