Well, back on the pitch but didn't sound like immediate returns? But yes, great news that they're even that close, especially Leo whose injury looked like it would be a few weeks.
-
Thought he worked tirelessly today. Good effort.
-
If he could add a physical determination to his game, and a desire to pass forward more frequently (which may well be down to willing runners ahead of him, as pimpin suggests) he could be excellent. He seems to lack a bit of fight, but conversely is a lovely carrier of the ball and can pick a pass. A nice player who should deliver more frequently at this level.

He hadn't scored in ten, and had looked Increasingly ineffectual in most of those (imo). We were looking to change to a big striker in January which would have meant his chances would then be restricted to playing wide, and he has made it clear he sees himself as a CF. We all expected Fellows to have more success as a RW, which would have made AA even more redundant. With 18 months left, it made sense for both parties to move on. I wish him well, but completely understand the reason for selling from both player's and club's perspectives.

I thought he was dying with us in those last few months and forcing him to play wide when he’d made it clear that he didn’t want to play there wouldn’t have helped - he needed a fresh start, and so did we.

Terrible game, terrible ref, ill-deserved point, gained one point on the top 6 and a fatigued performance post-Fulham understandable. Nervously await news on Leo.
-
It's also the sign of a mediocre team
-
lovely delivery Ryan
-
Good touch Archer
-
what an appalling ref, very apt for this game
-
We look very tired. Assume they were on the lash post-Fulham.
-
Azaz a very frustrating player
-
Charles should never have conceded a corner there. He's had a terrible half.
-
I never really trusted his leprechaun beard. But did enjoy his unexpectedly clinical strike at Wembley. my third favourite Armstrong after David and Stuey (apologies to Ken).

What’s the end result in our net spend? AA, Edwards, AB-K: must be around £14m plus wages of AA, Aribo, Bazunu, Downs - must be combined >£100k/week x 1/2 a years - another couple of million. Peretz and Larin - maybe £40k/week so £1m for 1/2 year. We’ll have made c£15m. Runaway champions again. Cov and Boro fans will be green with envy.

That led me to look at Mara's stats this season. 16 games, 0 goals. Plus ca change....

Archer, Aribo, Armstrong, Bazunu, Downs, Edwards, Fraser. Is he working through the squad departures alphabetically this window? It's as good a system as any when they're all really expendable, I suppose. Must save £5m in wages over 6 months, I wonder what sort of a cut of that saving Johannes gets. I fully expect the Canadian to be rubbish, but at least it should mean we play 2 wingers and Azaz at AM. Small mercies.

He must have strangely preferred Udinese's project in Serie A to Rasmus's project in Never Never Land.

How the hell has Solak ever made any money? He seems to be a gullible moron whose executives walk all over him.
-
The bootroom pathway alive and well.
-
More fool Dragan for letting them waste and disrespect his money. He needs to get a grip.
-
I for one am Les Reed-relaxed at the prospect of SR recruiting replacements for our leading scorer.
-
I wonder what they have actually been doing in training (other than temazepam seemingly).
