Amazing to be second after 6 games. You'd expect us to tail off as the season goes on but what a start! And what a great team we seem to have full of committed and energetic players with the skills to match.

QPR will have been learning hard lessons so far. They'll no doubt be improved this time around. But hopefully we've got enough variety about us to get the win regardless.

How did Mane play? I missed all but the last 10 minutes of the match. Thought Morgan was solid at the end there when we needed him most.

It is only a cup game and Arsenal were under strength. But an excellent performance and great goal from Clyne. Good to be going through!

Gaston is clearly not rubbish. He just isn't suited for the Premiership - part of me hopes he does well for Hull. But I doubt it.

The ref seemed to have a problem with Long all day. There was a challenge on half-way where he was taken out from behind and the ref gave a freekick to Newcastle!

indeed. he's been awful so far. desperate times for England having to resort to players like him.

You can see Long is a good player. He just needs time to adapt to our system.
