You see I don't have a problem with the fact that our teams for the last XX years have not had a winning mentality (a fact I think SCW was addressing before he was dumped/jumped!) and that is what we need above anything else. What really, really irks me though is people who have the badges and the qualification coming on here telling people, who have been in the job for a fair while, that they don't know what they are doing and they are doing it all wrong. So, my question to you Mr Derry, and one you seem to have not answered before, when was the last time you managed a Premier League/Championship team and what was the result? "Those who can do.
