Not saying that Lambert would choose to drop down, but lets say (hypothetically) the club sign a new striker and MoPo decides that Lambert doesnt fit his style of play? Club then make him availible and tell Lambert he is unlikely to play much. Can you see many Premiership clubs wanting him? A chance to link up with NA again might be tempting?
