Get yourself some of these - I got some for Xmas and do 50-100 in the morning (before breakfast is best) and another 50-100 after work.

I would especially steer clear of "Thedelldays" on the back - some weido's on here (NickG, Saint Clark ect) if they clock you at a game, they are likely to stalk you!!
