We trounced them on successful passes and possession.

I read we want €13m but would accept €10m. Might as well keep him until the summer at £2.5m!

Wonder if we offered him a pro deal or not? Scored a few goals in our academy.

Just feel Lallana and Smallbone is a strange combination.

Why hasn’t Downes come on?

How many times have we had PGMOL quote high bar and screw us. Where was that high bar for the pen? You can even see Isak move his foot a quick step to the side before diving over. They watched it so many times that it can’t be a clear and obvious error. Had to stick with on field decision. Unsurprisingly heads drop and it’s a 2nd goal in quick succession. Mentality is so fragile. Made me think of the semedo one at wolves where our attacking player was deemed to foul semedo. Both ridiculous decisions and there is just no consistency, barring one, the decisions going against us!

Desperate to score against his boyhood club.

McCarthy looks quite nervous. Wonder if he will assist another goal for them today.

Tranmere’s 4th goal sticks in my mind as a kid. 3-0 up at HT, the magic of the FA Cup! Tom Davies at Everton did feel like relegation and Zlatan in the final hit so hard, we deserved more. We do have a knack of conceding late painful goals from a position of hope. The Southampton way.

Debatable. Relegation all but mathematically confirmed but I would like to see us at least keep having a go in the remaining games. Les gives us a better chance of being competitive with Juric’s style.

Maresca seems to be happy to go with what they have, hopefully he doesn’t change his mind before the window shuts.

Poor source admittedly… but we don’t have many incoming links, so there!

We’ve also seen interest from Newcastle and United too. Absolutely zero chance of him being here next season, such a shame that our academy talent is only going to play one season for us. The number of teams interested should at least command a decent fee.

Daily Mail suggesting that Tyler would be open to a move abroad.

Looks like we are losing one of our best songs! He’s decent a championship level, so this is a shame.

I think Bazunu had the worst performance of actual saves vs expected saves in our last premier league season and last season in the championship. Essentially underperforming more than any other starting keeper in the league at his main job, two seasons in a row. We somehow managed to concede 61 goals and get promoted, not too common an occurrence and he was injured for the key playoff games. Bazunu has potential for sure but he’s a weak link based on what we have seen to date on his current ability. His best strength, playing out from the back, is no longer key to the way we play either.
