Does he have the choice between us and Wrexham? Didn’t someone post on here he was subbed with an injury in their CL qualifier?

With Ratkov it’s been clear all along he would need persuading and that it seemed unlikely. This guy has been linked with a move to the champ this summer and Viking are selling another one of their players to WHU. You’d hope with a pending THB sale that we wouldn’t be trying to sign players that aren’t interested in joining, that would leave us empty handed.

So that’s Ordonez and Tomori not going to Villa. That leaves THB, who hasn’t played for the last 3 games waiting for his move to be finalised. It’s obviously going to happen.

The Chelsea and Man City academy farming era has cost us a number of top young players breaking through. The rest of us have to take a risk on buying from them with sell on clauses and buy backs and taking the hit if they fail like Bazunu. To see JJM looking this good for WBA is super annoying but he won’t be the last.

Tonda suggested cut only, no concussion protocol. Guess they will have to see if his eye closes up and if the stitches need more time or if he can be available.

Interesting trend from our games so far: Colchester 0-2 Saints (2 goals) Watford 2-1 Saints (3 goals) Saints 3-1 Stoke (4 goals) Saints 1-4 WHU (5 goals) Saints 5-1 Millwall (6 goals) So will there be 7 goals at Birmingham on Tuesday?!

Lo siento

Why is my brain programmed to think “oh shit the window is still open”. Maybe get Dobbin on!

Just wins his duels every single time. Calm and composed on the ball. Imagine how good he will be when he’s fully settled in.

I‘m loving the direct attacks, so much better.

Just calm ticking over, not giving it away at all and keeping the pace.

Azaz is the magic that makes it all fit together

Bragg should have left Downes to deal with that. Gets in his way and then can’t stop the cross. Other than 10 mins of better passing he’s been off it today. JWP on at HT please.

Fair play, much better last 30 mins, recovered well. So much better tempo and threat.

That was a big chance

I love Cyle Larin.

We are at home to Millwall, 17 mins in, 0 shots to their 6. Completely lacking any control on the game.

Even Boro fan Bailey thinks this is a good signing. Plenty of WHU fans in the comments suggesting his legs have gone. Have they seen enough of him in the last 2 years to really know?

😳

Bless, lazy Bolton fan already having to use spygate as an excuse for Bazunu’s actual GK ability.

See the video I shared of his first season at WHU, 11 assists and mostly corners. He will be our best free kick and corner taker.

This is class, MlT ‘irons’ comment made me chuckle.
