You can forgive some of his shortcomings when he scores goals. You can't when he doesn't score.

The U23's have been in great form this season. Tremendous victory against a very good side.

Took us 4 years, but we've finally caught up with Sunderland.

Has carried his Saints U18's form into the international stage for Rep Ire U19's with 2 goals in 2 games.

Defeat. Including goals-against late on in each half. Hughes will say we spoke about not doing that during the week.

Update.

We've basically turned into Sunderland / Swansea. Bad signings caught up with us & in a cycle where the boss who kept us up isn't the man to take us forward. Seemingly no clue of how to sort our defence out since pre-season where "players aren't up to speed and that sort of thing [conceding 3 goals] can happen".

Crap in both boxes. Story of our last 2 years.

I think he would def be a short term upgrade. Can't help but feel that we need an upgrade to screen the defence as well.

Injury news:

Kozak must be injured as he's barely featured this season.

Always a good sign when interest is shown. Certainly one of our main attacking outlets for the U18's. He & Ferry are looking very effective from the wings.
