This answers my question about how the delineation would work between Glover & Shields.

Interesting to see how the new owners handle the academy players there. On one hand you'd think it's an obvious way to go as they produce so many good players. On the other hand, it's a good way to offset big financial splurges on players (like Ronaldo) as one imagines they won't be running up losses like Abramovich did.
