For the record I like Romeu, Yoshida (despite his occasional brain fart), McQueen, Cedric and several others on your list. If you cant handle people not having anything less than a glowing opinion of all things saints an internet forum really isn't the place for you.

lets be honest the other mistakes don't happen if the cross doesn't come in... That's not the point though he didn't stop a cross all afternoon (maybe he did better against spurs I didn't see that game) the point is people say his defending is he best asset yet he isn't a particularly good defender.

That's like saying "My bucket with holes in is better than my colander for holding water" Against Huddersfield Targett failed to cut out one cross all afternoon he doesn't get forward particularly well either and doesn't have the pace to get up and down the line at least McQueen is useful in attack.

I know he is from the academy and hence gets given extra lee way by fans but he isn't good enough for the PL he has zero pace and isn't particularly good at defending either.

Everyone destroys Targett he is very average.
